Driver Age & Restrictions: The minimum age allowed for a driver is 21 years with the youth driver surcharge (YDS) (8.00€) and 23 without it.

Driver age: Minimum age for category A (50cc) 21 years, with YDS for categories B, (110cc) 23 years, for categories C, (125cc) 23 years for category D , (150cc-300cc) 25 years and for categories E (500cc-750cc) at 27 years. Minimum age for cars, A1, B1, C1 – 21 with (YDS) and 23years without it.

Driving license: The driver must have a European or international driving license for at least one year for the respective moto or car category, and be valid.

Rental duration: Minimum rental period one day (24 hours). Delay of more than 2 hours is charged extra day rental.

WARRANTY: Upon receipt of the car, a guarantee amount will be committed on the driver’s credit / debit card, which will be returned as it is at the end of the rental, unless other charges arise. The release of the amount can take up to 15 days depending on the issuing bank of the card.

In more detail: Car category A1 400 €, B1 500 €, C1 600 €, with purchase (SCDW) A1 300€, Β1 400€, C1 500€. Scooter categories A, B 300€ category C, D, 350€ with purchase (SCDW) A, B, 150€, C,D, 200€ Τhe rental of a motorcycle category E the warranty deposit is 500€, with purchase (SCDW) 350 €.

Insurance: (CDW) All EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTHAL authorized car or motorcycle drivers are exempt from fire damage to the rental vehicle, and are insured against third party liability for death, personal injury and property damage. The renter is liable for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rent motorcycle / car up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident / theft. The renter pays the amount of damage corresponding to the EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTHAL regardless of fault and is refund the amount paid when and if EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTHAL is reimbursed.

ATTENTION: No Insurance Coverage Valid:
For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
For damage to the underside of the motorcycle / car, tires and wheels.
For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the lease.
For accidents for which the tenant has not informed the station of EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTHAL and submits a relevant accident declaration, as defined by Greek Legislation, regardless of his fault.
Amounts related to the damage or loss of the motorcycle / car are paid directly by the lessee even if he is covered by insurance and his debit / credit card. In this case, the lessee is obliged to pay to EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTHAL the entire cost of repairing or replacing the moto / car. Missing or damage the keys the renter charged with amount 100-250€.

Extra insurance: (SCDW): The tenant’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be limited, provided that the law is not violated, to the Excess amount for car categories A1 300€, B1 400€, C1 500€ by paying the amounts of 8€, 10€, 15€, respectively. (SCDW) does not include glass, interior, roof, tires, and the underneath of the vehicle. For the moto/scooter to the Excess amount for categories A 200 €, B 200 €, C 300 €, D 400€, E500 €, the amounts of 5 €, 6 €, 7 €, 10 €, 12 € respectively per day of rent. Do not cover damage to the underside of the motorcycle on rims, tires, and exhaust.

FULL insurance: (FCDW ): The tenant’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be LIMITED TO ZERO, WITH ZERO DEPOSIT provided that the law is not violated, for CAR categories A1, B1 ,C1 by paying the amounts of 15€, 17€, 20€, respectively. (FCDW) does not include glass, interior, roof, tires, and the underneath of the vehicle.

We do not provide (FCDW) for motocycle/scooter

ACCIDENT FILE EXPENSES (IAF): The driver is charged 80 € +vat in case of accident, regardless of fault as well as in case of a fine resulting from a violation of the law. This amount is non-refundable.
Payment method: The rental of the motorcycle / car is paid in cash, deposit in a bank account or by credit card Visa and Mastercard.

Fuel: The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the tenant.

Fuel Policy: Return as Received.
The tenant must return the vehicle with the same level of petrol he had at delivery.

Roadside assistance: Free 24-hour roadside assistance throughout Corfu.

Deliveries – Receipts: They are made only at our station and within its operating hours. Except during business hours, delivery and collection is possible only by arrangement and at an additional cost borne by the tenant.

Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the tenant.

Kilometers: Free kilometers (within CORFU) for all categories.

Transportation of the vehicle by sea & rentals abroad the transfer of the vehicle by sea from the island is expressly prohibited. All insurance is canceled and the tenant is responsible for any damage to the car when driving outside Corfu.

Helmet: Free helmet is offered to the tenant.

Taxes: All prices are subject to VAT as determined by the state.
