Driver age: Minimum age for category A (50cc) 20 years, for categories B, C (110cc-125cc) 23 years, for categories D, E, (150cc-300cc) 25 years and for categories F (500cc-750) at 27.

Minimum age for cars, A1, B1, C1 – 21 years.

Driving license: The driver must have a European or international driving license for at least one year for the respective moto or car category, and be valid. Please read the driving license requirements (DLR) to be sure you made the correct choise regarding your driving licence.

Rental duration: Minimum rental period one day (24 hours). Delay of more than 2 hours is charged extra day rental.

Insurance: All EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL authorized car or motorcycle drivers are exempt from fire damage to the rental vehicle, and are insured against third party liability for death, personal injury and property damage. The renter is liable for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rent motorcycle / car up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident / theft. The renter  pays the amount of damage corresponding to the EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL regardless of fault and is refund the amount paid when and if EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL is reimursed.

ATTENTION: No Insurance Coverage Valid:

• For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
• For damage to the underside of the motorcycle / car, tires and wheels.
• For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the lease.
• For accidents for which the tenant has not informed the station of EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL and submits / submits a relevant accident declaration, as defined by Greek Legislation, regardless of his fault.
• Amounts related to the damage or loss of the motorcycle / car are paid directly by the lessee even if he is covered by insurance and his debit / credit card. In this case, the lessee is obliged to pay to EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL the entire cost of repairing or replacing the moto / car.
• Missing or damage the keys the renter charged with amount 100-150€.

Extra insurance: (CDW ): The tenant’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be limited, provided that the law. is not violated, to the minimum charge of € 650 for categories A1, B1, C1 by paying the amounts of € 12, € 15, € 20, respectively. For the moto categories the minimum charge at 500 € for the categories A, B, C, D, E the amounts 7 €, 7 €, 7 €, 10 €, 15 € respectively per day of rent. Do not cover damage to the underside of the car / motorcycle on rims, tires, and exhaust.

ACCIDENT FILE EXPENSES (IAF): The driver is charged 30 € + VAT in case of accident, regardless of fault as well as in case of a fine resulting from a violation of the KOK. This amount is non-refundable.

WARRANTY: Upon receipt of the car, a guarantee amount will be committed on the driver’s credit / debit card, which will be returned as it is at the end of the rental, unless other charges arise. The release of the amount can take up to 15 days depending on the issuing bank of the card. The amount of the guarantee varies by car / motorcycle category.

In more detail:Car category A1 600 € , B1 650 € , C1 700 €, scooter categories, A, B, C, D 350€ Τhe rental of a motorcycle is possible only with a credit card and the warrantydeposit of 600 €.

Payment method: The rental of the motorcycle / car is paid in cash, deposit in a bank account or with credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

Transaction security:
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL).
Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Fuel: The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the tenant.

Fuel Policy

• Option 1: Return as Received. The tenant must return the vehicle with the same level of petrol he had at delivery.
• Option 2: Receipt of Full Tank & Delivery of License. The tenant will pay the cost for a full fuel tank. The car must then be returned with the tank as empty as possible, as there is no refund for unused fuel

Roadside assistance: Free 24-hour roadside assistance throughout Corfu.

Deliveries – Receipts: They are made only at our station and within its operating hours. Except during business hours, delivery and collection is possible only by arrangement and at an additional cost borne by the tenant.

Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the tenant.

Kilometers: Free kilometers (within CORFU) for all categories.

Transportation of the vehicle by sea & rentals abroad The transfer of the vehicle by sea from the island is expressly prohibited. All insurance is canceled and the tenant is responsible for any damage to the car when driving outside Corfu.

Helmet: Free helmet is offered to the tenant.

Taxes: All prices are subject to VAT as determined by the state.

Cancellation: Once your booking has been confirmed, you can cancel your booking on the My Booking page by entering your e-mail address and booking number. Reservations with partial prepayment

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the time of receipt:
  If you choose to cancel a partially prepaid reservation up to 48 hours before the time of receipt of the rental, we will refund the deposit paid for the amount of the reservation. Once canceled, we will credit your money within about 5 business days. The credits will be applied to the same card with which you paid the deposit.
• Cancellation within 48 hours before the time of receipt:
   If you cancel less than 48 hours before the time of receipt, your deposit will not be refunded.
• If you do not show up:
  If you do not cancel your reservation before the pick-up time and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, your deposit will not be refunded.

BOOKINGS BY PAYMENT

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the time of receipt:
  If you choose to cancel a fully booked reservation up to 48 hours before the time of receipt of the rental, we will refund all the amount paid during the booking. Once canceled, we will credit your money within about 5 business days. The credits will be applied to the same card with which you paid.

• Cancellation within 48 hours before the time of receipt:
   If you cancel less than 48 hours before the time of receipt, you will be paid 50% of the rental value.

• If you do not show up:
  If you do not cancel your reservation before the time of receipt and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, you will not get a refund of the prepaid amount.

Cancellation Policy & Manage Charge Period :
  If you choose to cancel your booking before your booking is confirmed, we will refund your prepaid amount.

  If you choose to cancel your reservation within 2 hours of your booking confirmation time and the start date of the rental is less than 48 hours, then we will refund the prepayment amount minus the management fee of 30 euros.

 Once you make a reservation, we will send you the confirmation receipt with the booking details. It is mandatory to check your booking details (eg car category, gearbox (manual / automatic, features) .A booking can not be canceled at the place of receipt if all the conditions of the proof of rent are met. that you did not show up.

Modify a reservation: You can request a change to your reservation using the “My Reservation” page at any time free of charge. Your change request will be processed and we will confirm if the requested change is possible within 12 hours.

If the requested change affects the total rental amount, the prepayment amount will not change.

The deposit will be calculated upon booking confirmation and will be made at the office upon receipt of the vehicle. Overpayments will be refunded when the change is confirmed.

Rental extension: If you have already picked up your vehicle and want to keep it longer, you should contact our company and check if the car is available. We have the right to refuse to extend the rent if the car has already been booked. If the extension is possible, there is a grace period of one (1) hour (ie the delay of one hour in the return is not charged) provided that our company has been notified and has given the necessary permission. The next 3 hours are charged with € 10 per hour. For a delay of more than 3 hours, you will be charged the cost of one day. Please note that the customer is not allowed to bring the car later than the agreed return time without having received permission (having extended the rental) from our company, as there is no insurance coverage after the return time of the car.

GENERALLY

• The tenant is not allowed to use the vehicle for speed races, sleds or sand rides.
• The tenant must lock the vehicle whenever it remains unattended
• The vehicle may only be driven by the driver and the persons mentioned in this lease agreement.
• The lessee is not allowed to move the vehicle outside the area.
• The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle to the lessor in the same good condition as it received it.
• In case of mechanical failure the tenant should immediately inform the lessor.
• In the event of an accident, the tenant is obliged to report the incident within 24 hours, otherwise he immediately becomes solely responsible for any damage caused.
• The lessee expressly agrees that EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL is not liable for any positive or detrimental damage suffered by the lessee or third parties during the lease and no claim may be brought against it for the above reasons.
• The types of car shown in the photos are indicative. In special cases, EVERYWHERE CAR & MOTO RENTAL reserves the right to replace any type of car with another of the same category (or higher).
