Driver Age & Restrictions: The minimum age allowed for a driver is 21 years with the youth driver surcharge (YDS) (8.00€) and 23 without it.

Driver age: The minimum age for car categories A1, A1 Auto, B1 and C1 is 21 with (YDS) and 23 years without it.

The minimum age for scooter category A (50cc) is 21 years (with YDS), 23 years for categories B (110cc) and C 125cc), 25 years for category D (150cc–300cc), and 27 years for category E (500cc–750cc).

Driving license: The driver must have a European or international driving license for at least one year for the respective moto or car category, and be valid.

Rental duration: Minimum rental period one day (24 hours). Delay of more than 2 hours is charged extra day rental.

WARRANTY: Upon receipt of the vehicle, a guarantee amount will be held on the driver’s credit or debit card. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that no additional charges arise. The release of the amount may take up to 15 days, depending on the issuing bank of the card. The guarantee amount varies depending on the category of the vehicle.

In more detail:
For car category A1 (small) the guarantee amount is 400€, for categories A1 Auto and B1 (medium) 500€, and for category C1 (large) 600€.

For scooter categories A and B (50cc–110cc) the guarantee amount is 300€, and for categories C and D (125cc–300cc), is 350€.

For motorcycle category E (500cc), the guarantee amount is 500€.

INSURANCE:

CDW Insurance: CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance is included in the rental price. With this insurance, all drivers authorized by EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTAL are exempt from liability for damage to the rented vehicle caused by fire and are insured for third-party liability, including death, bodily injury, and property damage.

The renter-driver is responsible for any damage to or theft (partial or total) of the rented vehicle up to the vehicle’s commercial value at the time of the incident. The renter is required to pay the amount corresponding to the damage to the EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTAL vehicle, regardless of fault. This amount will be refunded if and when EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTAL is compensated.

ATTENTION: No Insurance Coverage Valid:

For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.

For damage to the underside of the vehicle, tires and wheels.

For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the lease.

For accidents for which the driver has not informed the station of EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTAL and submits a relevant accident declaration, as defined by Greek Legislation, regardless of his fault.

Amounts related to the damage or loss of the vehicle are paid directly by the lessee even if he is covered by insurance and his debit / credit card. In this case, the lessee is obliged to pay to EVERYWHERE CAR N MOTO RENTAL the entire cost of repairing or replacing the vehicle.

Missing or damage the keys the renter charged with amount 100-250€.

EXTRA INSURANCES:

1. SCDW Insurance with excess amount: The renter’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle may be reduced—provided no laws are violated—to a specified Excess amount, depending on the vehicle category.

For car categories:

• A1: Excess amount 400€ with an additional charge of 8€/day
• A1 Auto & B1: Excess amount 500€ with an additional charge of 10€/day
• C1: Excess amount 600€ with an additional charge of 15€/day

SCDW does not cover damage to windows, the vehicle’s interior, roof, tires, or undercarriage.

For scooter/motorcycle categories:

• A, B (50cc, 110cc): Excess amount 300€ with an additional charge of 6€/day
• C (125cc): Excess amount 300€ with an additional charge of 8€/day
• D (150cc, 300cc): Excess 400€ with an additional charge of 10€/day
• E (500cc): Excess amount 500€ with an additional charge of €15/day

SCDW for scooters/motorcycles does not cover damage to the underside of the vehicle, rims, tires, or exhaust.

2. FDW full insurance with zero excess: The renter’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be reduced to zero, with no deposit required, provided that no laws are violated. This applies to car categories:

• A1 with an additional charge of 15€/day
• A1 Auto and B1 with an additional charge of 17€/day and
• C1 with an additional charge of 20€/day

Please note that FDW does not cover damage to glass, interior, roof, tires, or the underside of the vehicle.

We do not provide FDW for motocycle/scooter

ACCIDENT FILE EXPENSES (IAF): The driver will be charged €80 + VAT in the event of an accident, regardless of fault, as well as in the case of a fine resulting from a violation of the law. This amount is non-refundable.

Payment method: The rental of the vehicle is paid in cash, deposit in a bank account or by credit card Visa and Mastercard.

Fuel: The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the renter.

Fuel Policy: Return as Received.

The renter must return the vehicle with the same level of petrol he had at delivery. 

Roadside assistance: Free 24-hour roadside assistance throughout Corfu.

Deliveries – Receipts: They are made only at our station and within its operating hours. Except during business hours, delivery and collection is possible only by arrangement and at an additional cost borne by the renter.

Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the renter.

Kilometers: Free kilometers (within CORFU) for all categories. 

Transportation of the vehicle by sea & rentals abroad the transfer of the vehicle by sea from the island is expressly prohibited. All insurance is canceled and the renter is responsible for any damage to the car when driving outside Corfu.

Taxes: All prices are subject to VAT as determined by the state.
